If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help


If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the firewood, we offer the option to exchange it for a different batch or type of firewood. However, please note that we reserve the right to charge a R450 fuel fee for exchanges.


If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your firewood, you may be eligible to return it.

To qualify for a return, the firewood must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. If you have opened one or two bags of firewood, you are still eligible to return the remaining firewood.


Upon receipt of your returned item, we will inspect the firewood and notify you that we have received it. We will then promptly inform you of the status of your refund after evaluating the firewood's condition.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via EFT (we will request your banking details), and you should receive your refund within 3 working days from the date of return.

Return Shipping

We charge a R450 fee to collect the firewood from your premises. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Complete Order

We'll email an invoice; pay via EFT or COD. Delivery takes 1-3 days; we'll schedule a delivery date with you.
